Creating a Private Entertainment Space at Allenheads Estate
HFC Group was appointed by Visual Architects to help transform part of the Allenheads Estate into a dedicated private home club.
The project required the careful coordination of fit-out, electrical and plumbing works to support the architect’s interior vision. Every element needed to contribute to the atmosphere of the room while providing the reliable services and quality of finish expected within a high-end private residential property.
A key feature of the completed space is the bespoke bar area. HFC Group installed the necessary plumbing and electrical services before completing the surrounding fit-out and decorative works. LED lighting positioned above the bar creates a strong visual focal point and helps establish the mood of the room.
The rotating feature disco ball provides another distinctive centrepiece, reflecting light throughout the space and reinforcing the character of a private members’ club within the home.
Close coordination between HFC Group, Visual Architects and the wider project team ensured the technical installations were incorporated cleanly into the finished design without detracting from its visual impact.

The finished home club is an individual and atmospheric entertainment space designed specifically around the property and the client’s requirements.
